March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction 2013
The March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction is one of my favorite events. It’s an honor to be included amongst the finest chef’s in the greater Ann Arbor area.
This event is a wonderful fundraiser hosted by the March of Dimes, to raise funds to fight against premature birth, birth defects, and infant mortality.
Over 300 people came out to show their support and bid on some amazing auction items and also to bid on some great culinary experiences with all of us chef’s participating. We served perch with a Quinoa salad, along with some of the finest wine you can find! I was given the wonderful opportunity to say a few words to the wonderful guests and chef’s before we enjoyed dinner. I am so humbled and blessed by the opportunity!
